As a first-time home buyer, she went out of her way to make sure we understood all the goings-on of buying our first house. She eagerly attended to our requests for walkthroughs, and she arranged tour days (exactly what we wanted) where we saw many houses in a row. Because I had unexpected surgery, and because I couldn't delay the date I had set to move out of town; Alicia stepped in, and skillfully handled details I never expected to turn over to a realtor.
